ZONE A ENTRY/EXIT POINTS - OPENING HOURS

As the flyover from LDP to 1-Utama near BHP petrol station is now operational and there

is less traffic on SS21/1, the DU Zone A Committee has revised the opening hours for our

entry/ exit points. (See page 6 for the detail schedule – please keep a copy at home and in

your vehicle for easy reference.)

Most of the people from Kampong Kayu Ara have accepted the schedule especially the opening hours for BG3 which have the most impact for them.

However security measures are never static. As the security situation changes, our security

measures will be amended to address the new situation and handle any new potential

security threats.

BG2 (Entry/Exit) at Chim’s Kindergarten

This entrance is open 24 hours a day.

There are some changes to align to Chim’s starting/dismissal times.

From 10.30 pm to 6.00 am, all visitors are screened and asked where they are going.

BG1 (Slip Road between SS21/1 & SS21/3)

We have made changes to reduce the hours for incoming traffic to critical periods as there is

less traffic jam now due to the opening of the flyover from LDP to 1-Utama near BHP petrol

station. However we still have the option to extend the opening hours for incoming traffic if SS21/1 is congested.

BG3 (Junction of SS21/13 and SS21/22)

It is basically the same except BG3 is open in the morning and evening on Saturday/Sunday

to cater to heavy motorbike traffic going to and returning from work for the kampong folks.
